A lovely afternoon again favoured the Thursday, cricketers, when the match Post and Telegraph v. Drapers was concluded, the former winning, after an exciting finish and batting three men short, by the narrow margin of 10 runs. Strange, for the Draners, was the only batsman. to reach double figures during the afternoon. For the' Post and Telegraph, Russell six and Ford four wickets divided the bowling honours, and for the Drapers, Drenan three and Voyce three bowled through the innings.
