♦ The New Zealand Medical Congress will commence its annual session at the City Council Chambers on Monday. Professor Hugh M'Kenzie, brother of the Minister of Lands, arrived from the south by last night's express train. The Premier, the Minister of Lands, and the Minister of Education were engaged in departmental business this 'morning.
