SYDNEY, Oct. 21. Afc the Cycling Carnival the five males
motor paced race was won by Mutton, and Megson was second. Won easily. Time — 9min- 59sec. Megson was badly paced.

AUCKLAND, Oct. 21.
The Auckland Amateur Atfaeletic and. Cycle Club held fts opening cycling run of the season to-day. Over three hundred cyclists, including a large number of ladies, took part in the procession.
