At Marshland, Woolsfcori second defeated Marshland by four wickets and 28 runs. The scores were : — Woolston 73 for six wickets, Marshland 45.
At the North Park, oh Saturday, Maishland defeated Cambridge by 28 runs. 'The scores were : — Marshland 95, Cambridge 67.
The Waimate Thursday players were beaten by t!he school team by 18 runs and eleven wickets.
On Friday afternoon, after the stock sale at Kirwee, a cricket match was played between teams representing the auctioneers and dealers, and a team from the local club, which Was Won by the latter. The club scored 42, the only man to get into double figures being Turner (13), while the combined team scored 24.
