SUPREME COURT.
[Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, Sept. 18. In the case Inder and Larna'ch v. Sievwright and others, trustees under a deed of assignment of camp property at Portobello, owned by the late W. J. M. Larnach, Mr Justice Williams found for the plaintiffs in each case, holding that to do otherwise would be practically to say that thero had been conspiracy on tho part of the plaintiffs.
