Mr Watson, Chairman .of Directors, presided. The, report, and b.alance.rsheet, which were (of a very satisfactory character, were adopted. The^ Directors congratulatecj. the shareholders on' the substantial iricrease in the volume of business done during the year,; the receipts from the monthly sales having nearly doubled, while the dipping showed a good increase. 'Anew shearing shed with all necessary appliances for machirie shearing had been erected, which though necessarily experimental for the first year, had also been worked at a profit. The balancesheet showed that the sum in hand at the beginning of the year was £99, > the present balance (after building the shearing shed at a cost of £200), being £77 10s., There were no liabilities. A' dividend of 7£ per cent was .
