[From Our Correspondent.] WELLINGTON, June 15. The Premier has much improved in health this morning, and there is every probability of his being in good form for the political meeting in the Opera House on Monday i evening, when he will deliver an address in response to a numerously-signed requisition. I believe that it is understood in the Railway Department, that Mr J. Coomb, Inspecting Engineer of Railways, will succeed Mr Low, resigned.
