•• [Per Press Association:] AUCKLAND, June, 1: At the Police Court, Frank Bancke was remanded to appear at Pahiatua on the 1 charge of stealing a post letter containing, £4 ss, the property of Edward Bancke. Alfred O'Donnell, of Maropiu, waa.comi mitted for trial by the Dargaville Bench for assaulting a Maori with intent, to rob him., A requisition is being signed at Waikato asking the Premier to contest the seat; against Mr Lang.
