The principal unsecured creditors were^New Zealand Farmers Co-operative Association £45 ls 6d," Centra: Dairy Company £26, J. C. Moore £5 ls, The debtor, in his sworn statement, said that he had recently carried on business as a general grocer in Montreal Street, Sydenham,, but he had bnlybeeh there two months when he was burnt, out. The' insurance money, which he had received, he. had divided amongst his creditors as far it would go. Since the. fire lie had been hawking tlit country with groceries, but did not find i. pay, and so had discontinued.
