[Peb Press Association.] AUCKLAND, Dec. 16. The members of the Auckland Board of Conciliation concluded their conference on the matters in dispute' between the Auckland Operative Bootmakers' Industrial Union and the master bootmakers. The Board, under the presidency of the Rev A. H. Collins, went very fully into the statement and its clauses, and has now drawn up a statement based on the evidence brought before it. I'nis statement will be submitted to the employers and the operatives for their consideration. It is proposed to tave a conference of the Hoard and representatives of both sides on the question on .Wednesday afternoon.
