LONDON, Nov. 20. ~R..''C.~T)rew, a director of the ' Grosvenor "Hotel Company, has agreed to -repay 'the company £65,000. In August last the shareholders sued the directors on the ground that the defendants conspired to defraud the shareholders' by enabling Drew, a "butcher and provision dealer, to supply the hotel "from his own or other shops in which' he was interested, at exorbitant prices, and to charge for goods not supplied. It was alleged that "Drew was -a largely preponderant shareholder df the company, and that the other directors were" his nominees or creatures. The 'jury 'found the charge of conspiracy ami instances of improper dealing proved, and snbseoruently proceedings were taken which ' led to an investigation and a rearrangement of the company^ affairs.
