♦ The Morrison will case was continued at Timaru yesfcerdaj', and the evidence for the defence was completed at 6 p.m. This consisted (1) of denials by all the persons who had access to deceased's safe that they had destroyed the will or even ever seen it ; of suggestions of reasons why the testator should have himself destroyed it, and that he had had opportunities of doing so secretly. Counsel made brief addresses, and his Honor reserved his decision.
