WAITARA FREEZING WORKS.
A RECONSTRUCTION. [Pee Press Association. J NEW PLYMOUTH, Sept. 23. The directors of the Waitara, freezing works have decided to sell the works to a syndicate for £300, which represents the liability of the company to the guarantors, and small accounts. The shareholders forego all tne share money invested. The syndicate proposes to float a company with •). capital of £2000, in £100 shares, and to re-open the works with new machinery and additional buildings.
