DUNEDIN, Sept. 22. Mr Wilßon, R.N.R., second officer of the Mararoa,. leaves the vessel at Sydney to undergo a year's training on the Mildura, and Messrs Todd and Wells, third and fourth officers, have been promoted one step in consequence. Mr Gillespie, third officer of the Pukaki, also proceeds to Sydney for a year's training 1 .
