WELLINGTON NEWS.
[Per Press Association.! WELLINGTON, Sept. 22. The Council of the Chamber of Commerce intends to join in the agitation relative to the Northern Trunk line, and is issuing a circular to the city members asking them to do all in their power to push the matter on. The Council is almost unanimously against the Stratford route.
