ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
[Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, Sept. 16. David Walsh, a miner, sixty-nine years of age, married, who had been discharged from the hospital, was found hanging from a tree at Freeman's Bay this morning, dead. He was suffering from melancholia. DUNEDIN, Sept, 16. . '■ At Hindon, a child named Lye, ; aged "four . years, fell between the railway platform and a carriage and was killed.
