♦— ■ [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Sept. 15. At a meeting of delegates to the New Zealand Cyclists' Alliance, Mr R, P. Hood was elected honorary secretary pro tern. The Timaru. delegate tabled a motion that the headquarters of the Alliance should be shifted to Timaru, and the Auckland delegate also moved for the removal o£ the headquarters to that city. It was decided that both motions should be considered at a meeting to be held on Sept. 28.
