POSTAGE ON LATE-FEE LETTERS.
Late-fee letters posted at any post office, or in the guard's vans on trains, must bear, in addition to the ordinary postage, Id for inland letters, 2d for letters for Australia, 2_d for letters for all other places. Late letters not bearing the full postage are liable to be delayed . or surcharged double the deficiency. E. Kibton, Chief Postmaster.
