PROPERTY SALES.
At Ashburton on Saturday Messrs Friedlander Bros, offered for sale the farm, of Mr W. H. Ford, Wheatstone. There was a good attendance, and competition was keen. The purchaser was Mr John Small, uv £20 Tbs per acre. Mr B\illock offered R.Sa. 34608 and 54643, Ealing, containing 101 acres 1 rood 19 poles. Mr Adam Jackson was the purchaser, at £1 10s per acre. The property was sold on account of Mr John Studholme.
