MEETINGS OF SOCIETIES.

o The fortnightly meeting of the Juvenile Anchor Lodge, Woolaton, was held .on Wednesday. The Lodge was opened by Bro P. Gimbletfc, and one person was proposed for membership. There being no correspondence the Lodge adjourned for for harmony. Tho President, Bvo Cooksley, presented Bro F. Gimblott with a diploma in recognition of his services in the Past Arch chair. Bro Girublett suitably replied. Songs were given by Bros Howell, Moses, Sibly, Spence and Papps ; Bro Rhodes gave a short story, readings were given by Bros Rosewarne and Gatehouse, aud a recitation by Bro Frasor. The Lodge was then closed.
