Tuesdat, March 29. (Before Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M., Mr A. Todd, J.P.,and Mr E. E. Good, J.P.) Cycling on a Footpath. — John Anderson, for riding his bicycle on a borough footpath, was fined 6b and 7s costs. Prohibition Order. — A,h order prohibiting the supply of liquor to a man, to be in force in the Kaiapoi and Ashley districts, was granted on the application of his brother.
