WEATHER FORECAST.
Captain Ed-win sent tha following weather forecast to CaptainClark, harbour-master, yesterday afternoon*—"Wind between north and west and southwest at all places northward of Napier and New Plymouth, and southward of Timaru and Queenstown, and between north-east and north-west elsewhere, but rising after twelve hours southward of Timara and Queenstown. Sea heavy on all the western coast and on the east coast south of papier; moderate elsewhere. Tides high on both coasts south of Napier and New Plymouth, decreas. ing svetywhere else. Northerly gales, probably with ruin, are to be expected at all places northward of Timaxu and Queenstown, and westerly gales, with rain, from thence southward."
