At a general meeting of the Pioneer Club, to be held this evening, the following motions, of whioh notice was given at a meeting of the New Zealand Cyclists Alliance, will be considered:— "lbat the clubs affiliated to the Alliance be asked to vote in favour of one of the three following ciuestioDS:-']. That the constitution ana rules of the Alliance be altered in such manner as will permit members of aflihated clubs to race under a cash definition or under an amateur definition, m distinct classes, and in distinct events.' '2. That the Alliance bo instructed to open up negotiations with the League ot ]\ew Zealand "Wheelmen with a view to amalgamation, on terms to be agreed upon." r s That the Alliance continue, in the government of amateur cycling solely under its present constitution.
