[Psr Press association/! AUCKLAND, Jak. 30. The anniversary regatta was held yesterday in beautiful weather. The scow race was spoiled by a collision between the Shamrock and the Waipu. The latter was dismasted. The race was won by Orakei, Puktipuka second. The race for yachts, Class C, 36f b water-line and under, was won' by Masefield's Thetis. All-comers' Sailing . Handicap. Cruising- Yachts— Ytim Yum. ..Yachts, Class D, 30ft water-line, and under— Pilling's Meteor, 1; Dufour's Kotiri 2. In rowing events, Senior Gigs under 103t was won by West End, "West End 2, Waitemata 3. Maiden Gigs under lost— West End No. 1, lj Auckland, 2; Waitemata, 3. •
