THE NAVY LIST.
The following paragraph from the Daily Graphic, of Dee. 4, explains satisfactorily the story telegraphed recently from Wellington as to the publication of the Navy List being suspended on account of possible trouble with Eussia:— "Yesterday., it was announced from the War Office that, new arrangements having been made for printing the Navy and Army Lists, it iB necessary to suspend the issues for the present month and for January.'*
