TOWNEND'S CELEBRATED CINNAMON CUBE.

Consumption or phthisis, is a constitutional wasting disease, in which the lungs are gradually destroyed by morbid deposits of tubercle and consequent ulceration. To the bacilli of these deposits the Cinnamon Cure is highly antagonistic, and, in the early stages of the disease, is sufficiently powerful to overcome and destroy the germs on which the progress of the disease depends. Apart from this, the valuable soothing properties of this remedy are such as to speedily relieve the racking cough accompanying the disease, and so promote the patient's recovery. For all the common ailments of the throat and lungs the Cinnamon Cure is positively the best remedy extant. It is a certain cure in common cold, recent cough, loss of voice, bronchitis, bronchial asthma, whoopingcough and croup, while its soothing and germicidal properties render it of the greatest value in pleurisy, pneumonia and catarrh. May bo obtained from chemists and storekeepers in all parts of the colony, price 2s 6d, and from the proprietor, W. P. Townend, Pharmaceutical Chemist, Christchurch, who will be pleased to give sufferers the benefit of his experience, either personally or by letter. 2085
