RAILWAY CONCESSIONS. United Press Association— By Electric Telegoiph— Copyright. Received Dec. 14, 10.40 turn. LONDON, Dec. 13. As one result of the Engineers' strike, the output at the Wear shipbuilding yards has decreased by twenty-seven vessels, representing 37,000 tons. The London and South Western and Midland Eailway Companies have granted their employees special payment for Sunday work, besides other concessions.
