RE L. E. A. GRIFFITHS. Mr Stringer, for the Official Assignee, appeared in support of an application for the delivery of horses and a drag in possession of the bankrupt's wife. He stated that the bankrupt's wife had discovered that she had no claim to the property and had signed a consent to the order. His Honor made the order as prayed.
