[Per Press Association.] TEE LOSS OF THE KAMERUKA. SYDNEY, Nov. 15. The Marine Board of Inquiry into the I wreck of the steamer Kaineruka found ' that it was caused by the default of the J master steering courses while under the ! influence of liquor, also by the default of ! M'Laughlin, the second mate, not taking steps to secure the safety of the vessel in i view of the master's condition. Both are called upon to show cause why their certi- [ ficates should not be dealt with.
