| Per Press Association.! DUNEDIN, Mat 12. At the annual meeting of the Trustees, Executors and Agency Company the report recommending a dividend of 7 per cent and a bonus of 3 per cent, with .£SOO to the reserve fund and .£864 to be carried forward, was adopted. •The ballot for the Momona settlement sections near Allanton, recently acquired for a workmen's village settlement, took place to-day. There were fifteen allotments, ranging from five to twenty-four acres. A number of applications were rejected. All the sections were disposed of, in two cases without opposition. For fortyseven sections in the Tokarahi Estate, Oamaru, 312 applications have been received, only a few allotments, mostly of small area, not having been applied for. The ballot has been postponed till Tuesday to permit of applicants being examined. Judgment was reserved in a number of cases brought by the Dunedin Jockey Club Suainst layers of totalisator odds.
