The meeting was held on Thursday evening; the attendance, owing to other meetings, was small. The vicar nominated Mr Gilbert Scott as his churchwarden, and the meeting was adjourned for the appointment of the other oiScers to Tuesday, May 11, at 8 p.m. The balance-sheet showed an •increase of offertories and subscriptions; 1 Labilities, £22 17s ,- assets, cash in hand, .£l2 Ss 4; outstanding subscriptions, .£lO 10s ; total assets, .£22 ISs 4d.
