April 28— Wakatu, s.s., 115 tons, Wills, for Wellington, via way ports. Kirisey, Barns and Co., agents. . The steamer Tasmania, for Sydney, via, northern ports yesterday was a full ship, both in the matter of cargo and passengers. The Government steamer Tutanetai was placed in the graving dock yesterday, to toe cleaned and painted. No. 7 Wharf yesterday presented a rather animated appearance. On the one side the R.M.S.S. Ruahine was receiving the last of her outward freight, and was otherwise being made ready for her " Record Reign " trip, while on the opposite side of the wharf the Government steamer Tutanekai, •which brought the contingent down from Wellington, was lying. .
