THE OPENING TPeb Press Association. ! WELLINGTON, Apkil 6. Parliament was opened at 2.30 this afternoon, the Hon W. Montgomery being the additional Commissioner. About thirty-five Members of, the Council and double thatnumber of Representatives were present. The latter, are now being sworn in. .
