Ruahine arrived in Port yesterday morning from Wellington. She will make an early start to-day to land her cargo of merchandise. The Union Steamship Company's steamer Rakanoa left Port on • Saturday afternoon for Port Chalmers, where she is to undergo extensive alterations. H.M.S. Lizard arrived in Port yesterday forenoon from Wellington, and will be placed in the graving dock to-day. '' Saturday was another busy day in Lyttelcon, the steamers Penguin, Waihora, Janet Nicoll. Rakanoa, Tongariro, Orowaiti, Corinna, Brunner and Te Anati being at ■the wharves. . The barque Craignair put to sea yesterday morning. She is bound to Newcastle in ballast. The schooner Eliza Firth sailed on Saturday for Kaipara with a cargo of produce.
