EAST CHRISTCHURCH CLUB.

The committee of this club met on Saturday night, and decided to enter for the Senior Cup and President's Cup competitions. A letter was received from Mr Gk H. Mason resigning his position of delegate to the Canterbury Rugby Union, he having been re-elected a vice-president of that body. Mr J. H. Finlayson was elected to the vacant position. It was resolved to make .a strong effort to send away a good team to meet the Poneke Football Club at Easter.
