THE WEATHER.
[Per Press Association."! WELLINGTON, Feb. 24. _ It rained heavily this morning, and is still threatening. MASTERTON, Feb. 24. There was heavy rain all night, and today it is showery and threatening. The weather will seriously interfere with the success of the show.
There was fairly heavy rain from the north-east during last night, with a falling barometer. Rain is also reported from other parts of the colony.
