MEETINGS OF CREDITORS.

RE G. M. DARLEY. The first meeting of creditors in the estate of George Maitland Darley, draper, which was to have been held this morning, lapsed for want of a quorum. The debtor's statement showed unsecured creditors £67 17s 3d, and assets nil. There were no secured creditors. The secuunred creditors were : Victor Harris, £22 ,* C. M. Sheppard, £11 ; S. Phillips, £11 ; T. Duffy, £11 ; H. E. Rowe, £5 16s 3d and J. Preece, £7. SAMUEL AMSDEN. The first meeting of creditors in the 1 estate of Samuel Amsden, of Christchurch, : bootmaker, was to have been held tbis r afternoon, but lapsed for want of a quorum. Mr Cassidy represented the bankrupt, 1 whose statement showed : — Liabilities : * Unsecured creditors £47 5s 4d. Assets: ' Book debts about £18, estimated to ■ produce £1, deficiency £46 5s 4d.
