CONSTERNATION AMONG . THE NATIVES. [Peb Press Association. I CALCUTTA, Jan. 3. The ravages of the bubonic plague -in India continue to cause great excitement and consternation amongst the natives. An enormous assemblage of Moslems was held yesterday on the E-planade at Bombay, at -which', prayers we_*e offered for the removal of the plague. Jan. 4. The mortality from ,the plague now raging in . .India, is assuming alarming • dimensions. .During the month of December eleven hundred and sixty persons fell victims to the plague in Bombay alone.
