The Southern Express. — The express train from Dunodin was over an hour late in arriving at Christchurch on Saturday evening., jr would be a great convenience to a number of porsoris who. have to meet this train if tliG s authorities would arrange to post a notice in a conspicuous place on the platform when the train is delayed.
