COMMERCIAL TREATY.
Eor some time past parleying lias been proceeding between Great Britain- and Bulgaria for a treaty on commercial lines. In order to bring these negotiations, which have been of a dilatory character as far as Bulgaria is concerned, to a conclusion, tho British Government has. requested the authorities at Sofia to come to a decision prior to Jan. 18.
