A NATIVE DIFFICULTY.
Reports have reached Bombay that trouble is brewing between the Mohmands and Khaugawagai tribes, on the British side of the frontier. The Ameer of Afghanistan has despatched regiments to the Mohmands' country, on the left bank of the river Kumar.
