Svdenham. — Some of the ratepayers of Sydenham, hearing that the Borough Council has decided to use premises on the South Belt to deal with the borough refuse, and as this is expected to cause a nuisance to residents in the vicinity and also be a menace to the public health, have prepared petitions which have been largely signed and will be presented to the Sydenham Borough Council at its ! meeting this evening. A. petition will also be presented to the Board of Health on the subject.
