GRAIN AND PRODUCE.
Tho exports of breadstuffs and feed from Lyttolton for the past week have been very heavy. The bulk of the wheat and a considerable portion of the flour and its bye-products went to Australian ports, whilst tho wool, &c, and meat and butter wore shipped to London. The following are particulars :— 5030 sacks wheat, 5504 sacks and 5738 bags flour, 1705 sacks oats, 55 sacks barley, 855 sacks . malt, 699 sacks bran, 1337 sacks sharps and pollard, 55 sacks meal, 951 sacks seed, 48 sacks tares, 96 sacks peas, 614 sacks beans, 3774 sacks chaff, 1457 bales hay and straw, 616 sacks potatoes, 1448 boxes butter, 498 cases cheese, 52 cases hams and bacon, 9097 carcases mutton, 722 carcases lamb, 5 cases meats, 3 cases tongues, 141 casks tallow, 3 casks lard, 4960 bales wool, 33 bales skins, 3 bales hair, 132 'bales leather, 14 casks casings, 138 casks pelts, 14 bales crops, 144 bales basils, 26 bales flax, 112 boxes soap, 3 crates poultry, 31 boxes eggs.
