In the engagement between the Italians and the Somalia, in which the Italian Consul Cecchi .was killed, the former made a heroic defence, and lost fourteen of their men, and the Somalia eighteen. RETALIATION. BERLIN, Dec. 4. After January the United States Government has decided not to admit German vessels free of tonnage duty, and a maritime newspaper states that Germany will reciprocate. SOMALILAND. ROME, Dec. 4. The Somalia are said to be in great force. The Italian troops are forming a camp fifteen miles inland.
