. ♦ [Per Press Association.] LONDON, Nov. 30. Silver, 2s 9_d. MELBOURNE, Dec. 1. Harvesting is general in the wheat districts, and the yield is a good deal better than was anticipated. BRISBANE, Dec. 1. The bulk of the wheat is already harvested. The Agricultural Department estimates' the yield at about three quarters that of past years. The grain is in good condition. Messrs Dalgety and Company Limited, have received the following cablegram from their head office dated LONDON, Nov. 27. " Frozen mutton. — The market is somewhat -firmer. New Zealand cross-bred frozen mutton, 3_d."
