ENGLISH AND SCOTTISH BANK.
At a meeting of shareholder in'the English, Scottish and Australian Bank, the report was adopted and tho articles of association were altered in conformity with the Acts. Mr Hegan said there need be no fear for the future of tho bank, as new business would be strictly confined to legitimate banking.
