A PESTILENTIAL CITY.
CALCUTTA, Nov. 27. The Medical Board reports tliat the city ia in an appallingly insanitary state, and condemns the municipal body for its condition. The GrovernorGreneral threatens to override the Municipal Council and take tho conduct of affairs out of its hands.
