[from our corrkspondent.]. „ ,^, ASHBURTON, Nov. 25. The PremS^r addressed a crowded meeting in the. Oddfellows' Hall to-night, fully a thousand people being present. He was enthusiastically received. He dwelt upon all the public questions of the day, defended the action of the Government, and outlined their future policy. At the close of his address he answered a number of questions. A hearty vote of thanks to Mr Seddon for the address, and confidence in the Liberal Government, was carried unanimpusly with great applause.
