» FPbb Press Association.] LONDON, Nov. 23. General Kitchener has sailed for Egypt. Prior to his departure he had a long consultation with the War and Foreign Offices. BERLIN, Nov. 23. The Berlin Post states that < aptain Forgen, of the Prussian grenadiers, is proceeding to the Soudan to take up a military position, hut it is said to he in a private capacity. The Emperor gave him audience and sent his greetings to the Sirdar.
