Tlie barque Ganymede was cleared at the Customs yesterday for Sydney with a cargo of produce shipped by Messrs Pitcaithly, Wallace and Co. The steamer Takapuna, which arrived in Port yesterday from Wellington, reports sighting the barquentine Jasper in Cook Strait. The Jasper is bound to this port from Lady Elliot Island with a cargo of guano, and comes consigned to Messrs Kaye and Carter. , The barque Desideria arrived in Port yesterday afternoon from Wellington, having on board some 450 tons of cargo from New York. She comes, consigned to Messrs Fletcher, Humphreys and Co., Messrs Kinsey, Bams and Co. being port agents.
